Floating License Administrator
Many Keil Software products are available with a Floating-User License. The floating license allows a product to be used on several computers by several different developers at the same time. A server-based Floating License File must be created by the License Administrator before the product may be used. The Floating License File must be created on a network folder that can is accessible to all users of the product. A Product Serial Number (PSN) is required to create this file.
If you do not have a PSN, contact the Keil Software Sales Department or your local Keil Software Distributor.
Creating a Floating License File:
- Path
- Enter the path to the network folder where the Floating License File is to be stored.

- Enter the Product Serial Number (PSN) of the product.

- Creates the Floating Licenses File (FLF) on the specified network drive.
Install the product on each workstation where it will be used. Then, open the Floating-User License dialog (on the workstation) to activate the product.
