µVISION: License Error Code 6362

Information in this knowledgebase article applies to:

SYMPTOM

When attempting to uninstall a license, you are met with error code 6362.

"A problem was encountered with your Serial Number. Please contact Technical Support and report code 6362 for assistance with your installation. They will work quickly to help you obtain the proper license code for your product."

CAUSE

Your Product Serial Number has been marked invalid. This may be due to:

• Converting the license to Flex or Floating
• Renewal of support
• License upgrade

RESOLUTION

Contact your license admin for the new PSN, or contact Technical Support
