RealView MDK Supports STR9 Devices

Plano, TX. Keil are pleased to announce device support for the new STR9 devices in the RealView® Microcontroller Development Kit (MDK-ARM). These new ARM9™ processor family-based devices from ST Microelectronics are fully supported in the RealView MDK-ARM Version 3.

Key Features include:

  • The RealView Compilation Tools offer the best code density and performance and have been widely used for ARM9 processor family-based software development.
  • µVision® provides a complete development environment that includes project management, debugger, simulator, and Flash download facility. The device database simplifies tool configuration and contains correctly configured startup code and Flash programming algorithms.
  • The instruction set of the ARM966E-S™ CPU core is accurately simulated and includes extensions for DSP algorithms. With µVision you may test and verify your digital signal processing code.
  • STR9 devices provide up to 96MHz CPU clock, 512KB+32kB Flash, 96KB RAM, Vectored Interrupt Controller, DMA, CAN, multiple UART, I2C, SPI, SSI, and Microwire interfaces, Timers, RTC, PWM and A/D converter.

Customers with valid software and maintenance may download the current version of the RealView MDK.
