NexGen TCP/IP Stack Supports Keil C16x/ST10 Tools
NexGen
Software, a French Software House offering NexGenIP®,
an Embedded TCP/IP Suite, for the Infineon C16x family of
microcontrollers, now supports the Keil C166 C Compiler and MCB167-NET evaluation board.
NexGenIP® is designed for use
"out-of-the-box" on your embedded board. It supports TCP, UDP, IP,
ICMP, IGMP, Multicast, ARP, and link-level layers like Ethernet and
PPP. Additional features include an asynchronous socket interface
and a BSD4.4 socket-like interface.
NexGenIP® is carefully designed to meet the
requirements of the most demanding applications. When you order the
source code, you may configure NexGenIP® to
include only those features that are required. The binary library
may be directly linked with an application and used
immediately.
Each software layer has a clean implementation and can be seen
as a separate module. All modules work together but may be used
independently as well. This architecture simplifies maintenance and
optimizes the memory footprint.
