Keil Supports New 8051 Devices From TI

Plano, TX: Keil Software, the leader in 8051 embedded development tools, today announced support for the new Texas Instruments (TI) family of 24-bit data acquisition system solutions from its Burr-Brown product line. The new MSC1210 family of devices integrates a 24-bit delta-sigma A/D Converter with an enhanced 8051 core, FLASH memory, and a variety of high-performance peripherals. The enhanced core executes up to 3 times faster than standard 8051 devices and consumes only 4mW.

Keil Software fully supports the features of the new TI parts and includes complete simulation for all on-chip peripherals of these new devices. Current users may download the C51 Version 7 update which includes support for the new TI parts.
