Willert Offers UML Development Studio

Bueckeburg, Germany: Willert Software Tools GmbH, today announced its Embedded UML Studio 166 which integrates the popular Keil C16x Development Tools into I-Logix Rhapsody in C. The UML Studio 166 provides a complete graphical UML development environment for Infineon C16x and STMicroelectronics ST10 devices. Now it is possible to generate highly efficient production C code, optimized for the Keil C166 Compiler using a UML Design created with Rhapsody in C. This allows software engineers to focus on application design using UML diagrams like state charts, sequence diagrams, and object model diagrams.

The UML Studio 16 bit allows you to include existing c-code into the UML design. C code modifications are automatically merged back into the UML design. This guarantees that design model, source code, and program documentation stay consistent during the complete project lifecycle.

A complete UML-based development environment for the Infineon C16x/ST10 microcontroller family is available in an affordable combination package. The package contains the Willert Software Tools UML Studio C166 (based on I-Logix Rhapsody in C) and the Keil PK166.
