Keil Announces MCBXC167 Evaluation Boards
Plano, TX: Keil Software is pleased to announce the release
of two new evaluation boards, MCBXC167-BASIC and MCBXC167-NET.
Each board introduces the Infineon XC16x microcontroller family and
allows you to create and test working programs for this advanced
architecture.

MCBXC167-Basic Board
The MCBXC167-BASIC Evaluation Board contains all hardware
components that are required in a XC167 system including 512KByte
RAM. It includes two serial ports and support for OCDS Debugging.

MCBXC167-NET Board
The MCBXC167-NET Evaluation Board includes all the features
of the MCBXC167-BASIC plus two CAN bus ports, 2 MBytes of on-board
Flash, LIN interface, and an Ethernet jack (provided by the ASIX
AX88796) for embedded internet applications. The MCBXC167-NET Board
is used as reference design for the AR166 Advanced Real-Time OS that
supports Embedded Ethernet applications.
The MCBXC167 Evalution Boards provide a capable platform for
prototyping your Infineon XC16x projects. Both evaluation boards
connect to your PC using either the serial port or the OCDS (On-Chip
Debugging System) interface (with the ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter) and allow
you to download and test programs using the µVision IDE and
Debugger.
