Via the Tools Menu, you may run external programs as you would invoke them from the command prompt.
The dialog Tools — Customize Tools Menu… configures the parameters for external user applications. The dialog picture below shows a sample tool setup. You may use Key Sequences to specify project name, file names, or other project specific parameters.
