QuestionI'm using a Single User License, which has expired. Now I have renewed my license through a distributor and have gotten a new PSN. But when I register a new version on my PC with this new Product Serial Number (PSN), I get an error code 1773 from your website. How can I resolve this issue? ANSWERThe procedure to renew a single user license and to register with a renewed PSN license code is described as follows:
Note that in most cases the reason you get the error code 1773 when registering with the new PSN is due to that the old LICs generated by the old PSN is not uninstalled by following the step 3 above. MORE INFORMATION
