LICENSE: FlexNet license: List of Users empty

Information in this knowledgebase article applies to:

• Keil MDK Essential 5.24
• Keil MDK Plus 5.24
• registered as FlexNet Floating License

  SYMPTOM

  As the owner of a FlexNet Floating License, I am registered user of Keil MDK Essential (or Keil MDK Plus). 

• However, I see an empty list of users when selecting the Used By button of the License Management window:

  

  CAUSE

  The Used By feature is broken with Keil MDK 5.24 in combination with an installation of Keil MDK Essential or Keil MDK Plus.

  RESOLUTION

  Upgrade your Keil MDK installation to a later released version than 5.24 (Note, if there is no later release available to you, install Keil MDK 5.23 in parallel to access the Used By feature).
