The Spansion MB9BF500N is an ARM Cortex-M3 based Microcontroller with, 256 KByte Flash, 16 KByte Ram, 48 Interrupts (16 external) with 16 levels, 1 Channel USB interface function & host, 1 Channel CAN interface with 32 message buffer. 8 Channel multifunctional serial interface for UART, LIN, CSIO, and I2C. 8 Channel DMA controller. 3 ADC Units with 16 Channel 10-Bit A/D Converter. 8 Channel Base timer which supports PWM-, PPG-, Reload-, and PWC-Timer modes, 76 IOs, 3 Multifunctional 16-bit timer, 2 16-bit Quad decoder 2 32-bit count down timer, 1 Watch Counter, 2 Channel Watchdog Timer, EBI (External Bus Interface for SRAM, and NOR Flash) with up to 8 Chip Selects, 8/16-Bit Data width, up to 25-Adress bit. 1 CRC Accelarator for CCITT CRC16 and IEEE-802.3 CRC32, 1 Clock Super Visor (CSV), 2-Stage Low Voltage Detector (LVD), On-Chip oscillator, On-Chip Serial Wire JTAG Debug Port (SWJ-DP), Embedded Macrocells (ETM), and Trace Port Interface Unit (TPIU).
