QUESTIONI need to know if Keil MDK allows using 2 J-Link debug adapters in parallel on the same desktop? ANSWERYes, it is possible to use 2 J-Link debug adapters in parallel. For each instance of Keil MDK it is just required to configure the corresponding J-Link at: Options For Target - Debug - Setting:

Note, the Segger-Tool J-Link Commander, located at C:Keil_V5\Arm\Segger\JLink.exe can be used for verifying proper functionality of J-Link as well as for simple analysis of the target system. It supports some simple commands, such as memory dump, halt, step, go etc. to verify the target connection. At this screenshot, you see how to manage the selection if different J-Link adapters are connected:
