SWPACK: Error #540: Network Component is not available for Target

SYMPTOM

I have updated the Middleware component of my LPC43xx-project, but at compilation, the Network example project results in this error message:

Error instantiating RTE components
Error #540: 'Keil.MDK-Pro::Network:CORE:Release:6.5.0' component is not available for target 'LPC4357 Flash'

CAUSE

The example project yet is not updated and integrated into the updated version of the Device Family Pack, here: Keil::LPC4300_DFP.

RESOLUTION

There are different solutions prepared, either:

• Refer to the description of the Project Migration, that explains how to update your project.

Or, until the projects are updated accordingly, follow this fix that integrates Network Version 6.x support to MDK-Middleware 7:

• Open the RTE Dialog

• Select the Network Bundle "MDK-Pro Net_v6" at the Network component

• Close RTE Dialog with "OK" button

• Build the application
