ULINK Family of Debug and Trace Adapters

The Keil ULINK family of Debug Adapters connect your PC's USB port to your target system (via JTAG or similar debug interface) and allow you to debug embedded programs running on target hardware.

All ULINK adapters enable you to:

• Download programs to your target hardware
• Examine memory and registers
• Single-step through programs and insert multiple breakpoints
• Run programs in real-time
• Program Flash Memory
• Connect using JTAG or Serial Wire modes
• On-the-fly debug of ARM Cortex-M based devices

ULINKpro
Delivers real-time data and instruction trace streaming via USB. ULINKpro supports:

• ARM7, ARM9, and Cortex-M devices
• Data and Instruction Trace for Cortex-M systems

• High-Speed Flash Download

ULINK2
Replaces the original ULINK adapter.

• Supports various ARM7, ARM9, Cortex-M, 8051, and C166 devices

ULINK-ME
Offers a subset of the ULINK2 features:

• Supports ARM7, ARM9, and Cortex-M devices
• Delivered and supported only as part of Keil or OEM Starter Kits
• Standard 20-pin (0.1") JTAG and 10-pin (0.05") Cortex Debug connectors
