Signum Systems JTAGjet-166

JTAGjet-166 is a small, palm-sized, JTAG emulator for Infineon XC16x and TriCore devices. It comes with USB 2.0 high-speed interface that runs at 480 Mbps, which translates into super-fast program downloads. JTAGjet-166 features:

• Super-fast program downloads.
• Autodetection of all devices on the JTAG chain.
• Automatic processor initialization on power-up and Reset
• Also supports all TriCore, ARM7, ARM9, OMAP and TMS320 DSPs.
• Compatible with C166 Keil compiler.
• Adaptive or programmable JTAG clock speed (0-30 MHz).
• Integrated Smart Flash Programmer for internal XC16x Flash as well as external Flash from AMD, Intel and others.
• Remote debugging over TCP/IP networks.
• Auto-sensing JTAG probes (0.9V to 5V).
