TantinoXC, DProbeXC
TantinoXC - The powerful entry level solution for all XC166
derivatives With the TantinoXC is the high-performance OCDS Level
1 JTAG debug solution for the XC166 family from Infineon
Technologies. TantinoXC supports all OCDS features. The sophisticated
hardware design is the basis for the outstanding performance. In
addition, special features, such as support of interrupts during
halted emulation, facilitate the debugging work. Through automatic
target voltage adjustment. Automatic Flash Programming for internal
and external Flash devices. TantinoXC Features:
- Complete support of OCDS break/trigger
- USB driven - no external power supply
- Automatic voltage adjustment
- Download-Speed 200 KByte/sec.
- Support of interrupts during halted emulation
- Possibility to break in Idle/Powerdown modes
- Automatic JTAG clock configuration and adjustment
DProbeXC - the high end system for your project High-end
emulation system using a dedicated emulation device (standard chip
with emulation carrier chip) providing high-end features, such as:
memory replacement, trace recording, complex trigger events and more.
The DProbeXC allows Flash replacement, on-the-fly access for internal
and external memories, 128 k trace frames and more. The system is
equipped with large overlay memory in order to support future ROM or
Flash devices. Optional Accessories:
-
DTraceXC - real time trace at its best
DTraceXC is a plug-in module for the DProbeXC emulator. It records
all internal CPU activities and allows therefore a detailed
reconstruction of the program flow with all related data transfers
in real time. Even the details of PEC-transfers between your
on-chip peripherals are displayed with all necessary data.
Effective usage of the large 128k trace frames is guaranteed by
innovative trace filter capabilities, so that a recording will only
take place when it is requested. To help analyzing the interrupt
behavior, the trace will also display the current interrupt
priority.
The integrated performance analyzer module will allow you to
optimize your system and to find the bottlenecks of your
application.
-
DCoverageXC - non statistical code and data coverage
The Code Coverage Module for the DProbeXC provides full Code
Coverage and also Data Coverage for the XC16x architecture. The
Code Coverage provides information which parts of your code have
been executed during a test. The data coverage helps you to find
non-initialized data, reporting data read, data written and data
read/written. Even the break on non-initialized variables (read
before write) is possible.
