EFM8LB11F32E-QFP32 is a High-speed pipelined CIP-51 (8051) MCU, 32KBytes Flash, 256 Bytes Data RAM, 2048 Bytes XRAM. 28 Digital I/O lines, 1 14-bit ADC Unit with 20 Channels (up to 900 ksps), 2 12-bit DACs 4 Configurable Logic Units 2 Low-current analog comparators with adjustable reference [up to 10 (CMP0) or 9 (CMP1) external positive\negative inputs], 6-Channel Programmable Counter Array (PWM, Clock Generation, Capture/Compare) 2 UARTs (up to 3 Mbaud), 1 SPI (Master/Slave up to 12 Mbps), 1 SMBus / I2C (up to 400 kbps), and 1 High-Speed (3.4 Mbps) I2C-Slave bus. 1 16-bit CRC unit, 6 16-bit general-purpose timers, 1 Watchdog timer, On-Chip: Low-dropout (LDO) regulator, 3 x Oscillators (80kHz, 24,5MHz 72MHz), Power-On reset circuit, brownout detector, and the non-intrusive Silicon Labs 2-Wire (C2) debug interface.
