EFM8UB11F16G-QSOP24 is a High-speed pipelined CIP-51 (8051) MCU with 50 MIPS Throughput, 16KBytes Flash, 256 Bytes Data RAM, 1024 Bytes XRAM. 17 Digital I/O lines, 1 12-bit ADC Unit with 15 Channels, 5 x 16-bit general-purpose timers, 2 Low-current analog comparators with adjustable reference and 17 inputs, 2 UART, 1 SPI, 1 SMBus / I2C, and 1 High-Speed (3.4 Mbps) I2C-Slave bus. 3-channel programmable counter array (PCA) 16-Bit supporting PWM, capture/compare or frequency capability, and hardware kill/safe state capability. USB 2.0 compliant function controller (full speed 12Mbps or low speed 1.5Mbps) with 1024 bytes FIFO Ram. 16-bit CRC unit. 128-bit unique key for each device and separate VIO and VDD Pins. On-Chip: Low-dropout (LDO) regulator, 3 x Oscillators, voltage supply monitor, 2 x Low-current analog comparators, Power-On reset circuit, brownout detector, and the non-intrusive Silicon Labs 2-Wire (C2) debug interface.
