EFM8SB10F8G-QFN20 is a High-speed pipelined CIP-51 (8051) MCU with 25 MIPS Throughput, 8KBytes Flash, 256 Bytes Data RAM, 256 Bytes XRAM. 16 Digital I/O lines, 1 12-bit ADC Unit with 9 Channels, 13 Capacitive Touch Inputs, 2 Low-current analog comparators with adjustable reference and 19 inputs, 3-Channel programmable counter array (PCA) supporting PWM, capture/compare, and frequency output modes, 4 x 16-bit general-purpose timers, Independent watchdog timer (WDC), UART, I2C/SMBus, SPI Bus, 16-Bit CRC Unit. On-Chip: Low-dropout (LDO) regulator, Power-On reset circuit, brownout detector, and the non-intrusive Silicon Labs 2-Wire (C2) debug interface.
