EFM8BB21F16G-QSOP24 is a High-speed pipelined CIP-51 (8051) MCU with 50 MIPS Throughput, 16KBytes Flash, 256 Bytes Data RAM, 2KBytes XRAM. 21 Digital I/O lines, 1 12-bit ADC Unit with 20 Channels, 2 Low-current analog comparators with adjustable reference and 22 inputs, 3-Channel programmable counter array (PCA) supporting PWM, capture/compare, and frequency output modes, 5 x 16-bit general-purpose timers, Independent watchdog timer (WDC), 2 UARTs, I2C/SMBus, I2C slave (3.4 Mbps) bus, SPI Bus, 16-Bit CRC Unit, 32-bit unique key for each device, On-Chip: Low-dropout (LDO) regulator, Power-On reset circuit, brownout detector, and the non-intrusive Silicon Labs 2-Wire (C2) debug interface.
