C8051F398 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 50 MIPS Throughput, 50MHz System Clock, with 4K Bytes ISP Flash, 768 Bytes XRAM, 256 Bytes RAM, up to 18 interrupts with two priority levels, up to 17 I/O lines, 1 10-Bit SAR-ADC Unit with 16 multiplexed input channels and up to 500 ksps, 1 10-Bit DAC Unit with 2 channels, 6 Timer/Counters, 2-SMBus units, Enhanced SPI, Enhanced UART, Programmable Coutern Array wiht 1 16-Bit counter/timer and 3 16-Bit capture/compare modules, On-Chip peripherals: Precision temperature sensor, Calibrated 49MHz oscillator, Voltage reference,and non-intrusive debug interface (2-Wire SiLABs C2 interface).
