The Infineon TLE9835 is a XC800 based high speed automotive microcontroller with LIN and power switches for automotive applications, dual datapointer DPTR, 60KBytes Code space, 4KByte NVM data memory, 24KByte Boot Rom, 256 Bytes internal Ram, 3KBytes XRAM, Watchdog, 15 interrupts / 4 priority levels, 8 channel 10-bit A/D Converter, Multiplication/division unit (MDU), 4 16-Bit Timer, Synchronous serial channel (SSC), Capture/compare unit for PWM signal generation (CCU6), Full duplex serial interface (UART) with LIN support, LIN boot strap loader (LIN BSL) and On-chip debug support via 2-wire debug access port (DAP).
