The CORERIVER ADCore220 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 48MHz System Clock, with 15KBytes ISP Flash, 256Bytes RAM, 4KBytes XRAM, up to 12 interrupts with four/two priority levels, up to 25 I/O ports, 3 16-Bit Timer/Counters, 26-bit watchdog timer, 16-Bit ADC unit with 6 channels, 2 I2C channels, 1 UART, PWM unit with 10 8-bit channels, and power management unit. On-Chip peripherals: 1KBytes EPROM, JTAG Controller, Low voltage detector, Ring oscillator, and power on reset circuit.
