C8051T320 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 48 MIPS Throughput, 48MHz System Clock, with 16KBytes ISP Flash, 1KBytes XRAM, 256Bytes RAM, Up to 18 interrupts with two priority levels, Up to 25 I/O ports, 4 16-Bit Timer/Counters, Watchdog timer, 1 10-Bit SAR-ADC Unit with 22 multiplexed input channels and up to 500 ksps, 2 Voltage comparators, 1 USB 2.0 full speed unit with 1KByte FIFO, 1-SMBus, Enhanced SPI, 2 UARTs. On-Chip peripherals: temperature sensor, Calibrated 48MHz oscillator, Calibrated 80kHz oscillator, VDD monitor and Missing clock detector, and non-intrusive debug interface (2-Wire SiLABs C2 interface).
