The Analog Devices ADuC848 is a High-Speed (1-cycle) 8051 based controller with 16-bit ADC, 3 Timers/Counters, 10 Interrupts Sources/2 Priority Levels, WDT, SPI, UART, PLL Unit, Dual exitation current sources, Dual Data Pointers, 62K Flash EEPROM Program Memory, 4K Data Flash EEPROM, 2304 Bytes On-chip RAM, RAM banking up to 16M Bytes external address space, UART,SPI, I2C, brown out detect,RTC.

The PK51 Professional Developer's Kit is required if you wish to create programs that access the 16M Byte external address space.
