Features
The MCB520 Evaluation Board offers a number of features including:
- Support for up to 128 Kbytes of RAM,
- Support for up to 256 Kbytes of EPROM (through bank switching),
- Support for up to 4 code banks (for bank switching programs),
- Support for up to 256 Kbytes of 12 Volt FLASH memory (includes programming circuitry),
- RS-232 drivers for both on-chip serial ports,
- Support for serial download and debugging,
- Reset push button,
- User-defined push button,
- LEDs optionally connected to P1 for program testing,
- All CPU signals brought out to the prototyping area,
- Support for both Harvard and von Neumann architectures,
- Simple configuration using DIP switches.
