Searching the Device Database

There are several ways you can search for chips in the Device Database.

Search by Architecture...

Select the microcontroller architecture to display all devices in that particular family.

• Choose - ALL - to display all supported chips from all vendors. This is the easiest option to use if you are uncertain of the chip family. However, the list of devices is very long.
• Choose ARM for a list of all chips that are supported by the Keil ARM Development Tools.
• Choose 8051 for a list of all chips that are supported by the Keil C51 Development Tools.
• Choose 251 for a list of all chips that are supported by the Keil C251 Development Tools.
• Choose XC16x/C16x/ST10 for a list of all chips that are supported by the Keil C16x/ST10 Development Tools.

Search by Vendor...

Select the chip vendor to display all chips made by that manufacturer.

• Choose - ALL - to display all supported chips from all vendors. This is the easiest option to use if you are uncertain of the chip vendor. However, the list of devices is long.
• Choose one of the silicon manufacturers for a list of all chips manufactured by that vendor that are supported by the Keil Development Tools.

Search by Parameter...

Enter the requirements for the device you want to find. The parametric device search page scans the entire device database for chips that match your specifications.
