EFM8SB20F64G-QFN24 is a High-speed pipelined CIP-51 (8051) MCU with 25 MIPS Throughput, 64KBytes Flash, 256 Bytes Data RAM, 4096 Bytes XRAM. 16 Digital I/O lines, 1 10-bit ADC Unit with 15 Channels, 4 x 16-bit general-purpose timers, 8 Capacitive Touch Inputs, 1 UART, 2 SPI, 1 SMBus / I2C, and external memory interface (EMIF). 6-channel programmable counter array (PCA) supporting PWM, capture/compare, and frequency output modes with watchdog timer function. 16-bit/32-bit CRC unit. On-Chip: Low-dropout (LDO) regulator, voltage supply monitor, 2 x Low-current analog comparators, Power-On reset circuit, brownout detector, and the non-intrusive Silicon Labs 2-Wire (C2) debug interface.
