The Texas Instruments CC2543 is a High performance 8051 based SoC for 2.4-GHz Applications, 32 KB in-system programmable flash, 1KB XRAM. 2 DMA channels. Interrupt controller with 18 sources, divided into six interrupt groups, and 4 priority levels. Memory arbiter, connects CPU and DMA controller with the physical memories and all peripherals through the SFR bus. 16 general I/O pins, 3 General-Purpose Timers (1x 16-Bit and 2x 8-Bit). 1 Radio Timer, 40-Bit. ADC and Analog Comparator 128-bit AES security coprocessor. Random-number generator. USART unit which is configurable as either a SPI master/slave or a UART. I2C unit up to 400-kbps. Watchdog Timer. Voltage regulator. Two wire hardware debug interface. 3 Oscillators: 32MHz XOSC, 16MHz RCOSC, and 32kHz RCOSC.
