The CORERIVER ChargerCore2.0 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 20MHz System Clock, with 4KBytes EPROM, 128Bytes RAM, up to 9 interrupts with two priority levels, up to 12 I/O ports, 2 16-Bit Timer/Counters, 16-bit watchdog timer, 10-Bit ADC unit with 6 channels, 1 UART, PWM unit with 1 8-bit channel, and power management unit. On-Chip peripherals: Low voltage detector, Ring oscillator, and power on reset circuit.
