The CORERIVER AmpCore100 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 24MHz System Clock, with 7KBytes ISP Flash, 256Bytes RAM, 256Bytes XRAM, up to 12 interrupts with two priority levels, up to 30 I/O ports, 3 16-Bit Timer/Counters, 16-bit watchdog timer, 10-Bit ADC unit with 24 channels, 2 channel differential OP-AMP, 1 I2C channels, 1 SPI, 1 UARTs, PWM unit with 12 channels, and power management unit. On-Chip peripherals: 1KBytes EPROM, JTAG Controller, Low voltage detector, Ring oscillator, and power on reset circuit.
