The Analog Devices ADuC7023 is an ARM7TDMI based controller with 12-bit 1MSPS 12-Channel ADC, Voltage Comparator, 62KB on-chip Flash\EE with In-System Programming (ISP) and 8KB RAM, I2C and SPI serial interface, JTAG port for download\debug, 3 Timers, 16-bit PWM generator, 20 General purpose I/O pins, On-chip Programmable Logic, CPU clock up to 41.78 MHz, On-chip crystal oscillator and On-chip PLL.
