The Analog Devices ADuC7062 is an ARM7TDMI based controller with Dual Channel 24-bit ADC, 14-bit voltage output DAC 32KB on-chip Flash/EE with In-System Programming (ISP) and 4KB RAM, JTAG port for download/debug, 2 Timers, Wakeup Timer, Watchdog, 6-channel 16-bit PWM, Vectored Interrupt Controller, On-chip crystal oscillator and On-chip PLL, SPI, UART, 8 GPIO Pins.
