The Luminary Micro LM3S8970 is a Cortex-M3 based Microcontroller: - 50MHz, 256KB Flash ROM, 64KB SRAM - 4 Timer - Ethernet 10/100 MAC + PHY, E1588 support - 3 CAN - 2 UART - 1 I2C interface - 2 SSI - 46 configurable I/O pins - Temperature Sensor, Watchdog Timer, Power saving modes, JTAG and Serial Wire debug.
