Infineon TLE7826

The Infineon TLE7826 is an automotive version of a single packaged 8051 compatible microcontroller with a System-Basis Chip (SBC). The SBC consists of a Relay Driver, a LIN transceiver and other functions. It is based on the SAK-XC886LM-8FF w/o CORDIC, with dual DPTR, CAPCOM6, 3 Timers/Counters, 15 interrupts / 4 priority levels, 8 channel 10-bit A/D Converter, 2 UARTs (one with LIN support), Mulitplication/Division Unit (MDU), 256 byte on-chip RAM, 1536 byte on-chip XRAM, 12KB Boot ROM, 32 Kbyte on-chip Program Flash ROM.
