Infineon TLE7810

The Infineon TLE7810 is an automotive version of a single packaged 8051 compatible microcontroller with a System-Basis Chip (SBC). The SBC consists of a Relay Driver, a LIN transceiver and other functions. It is based on the SAK-XC866L-4FR with dual DPTR, CAPCOM6, 3 Timers/Counters, UART, SSC, 8 channel 10-bit A/D Converter, 15 interrupts / 4 priority levels, 256 byte on-chip RAM, 512 byte on-chip XRAM, 4KB Boot ROM 16 Kbyte on-chip Program Flash ROM.
