The Infineon XC878CM-16FF is an 8051 compatible microcontroller with dual DPTR, 14 interrupt sources / 4 priority levels, 8 channel 10-bit A/D Converter, 2 UARTs, SSC, Capture/Compare Unit for PWM (CCU6), 4 Timers/Counters, Watchdog Timer, MulitCAN with 2 nodes and 32 message objects (MCAN), Multiplication/Division Unit (MDU), CORDIC Unit, 256 byte on-chip RAM, 3072 byte on-chip XRAM, 8KB Boot ROM, 60 Kbyte on-chip Program Flash, 4 Kbyte on-chip Data Flash, On-chip Debug Support (OCDS via JTAG).
