The Atmel AT89LS53 is an 8051-based Low-voltage 12MHz CMOS controller with 32 I/O Lines, 3 Timers/Counters, Watchdog Timer, 9 Interrupts/2 Priority Levels, UART, SPI, 2 DPTRs, Three-Level Program Memory Lock, 12K Bytes Flash Memory (ISP), 256 Bytes On-chip RAM.
