The Analog Devices ADuC836 is an 8051 based controller with dual 16-bit ADCs, 12-bit DAC, Dual 16-bit PWM/DAC, 32 I/O lines, 3 Timers/Counters, On-chip Temperature Sensor, Dual exitation current sources, Dual Data Pointers, 10 Interrupts Sources/2 Priority Levels, WDT, SPI, UART, PLL Unit, 62K Flash EEPROM Program Memory, 4K Data Flash EEPROM, 2304 Bytes On-chip RAM, RAM banking up to 16M Bytes external address space, UART,SPI, I2C, brown out detect,RTC.

The PK51 Professional Developer's Kit is required if you wish to create programs that access the 16M Byte external address space.
