The Analog Devices ADuC834 is an 8051 based controller with 24-bit and 16-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, Dual 16-bit PWM/DAC, 32 I/O lines, 3 Timers/Counters, On-chip Temperature Sensor, 10 Interrupts Sources/2 Priority Levels, WDT, SPI, UART, PLL Unit, Dual exitation current sources, Dual Data Pointers, 62K Flash EEPROM Program Memory, 4K Data Flash EEPROM, 2304 Bytes On-chip RAM, RAM banking up to 16M Bytes external address space, UART,SPI, I2C, brown out detect,RTC.

The PK51 Professional Developer's Kit is required if you wish to create programs that access the 16M Byte external address space.
