The Mentor Graphics Co. M8051EW is an 8051 based, configurable and fully syntesizable high-speed IP-Core. Features: 256 Bytes on-chip RAM, up to 1MB ext. RAM/ROM, 32 I/O lines, 2 or 3 Timers/Counters, UART, max. 25 Interrupts with 2 or4 priority levels, up to 8 DPTRs, JTAG interface.
