Dallas Semiconductor DS89C420

The Dallas Semiconductor DS89C420 is an 8051 based Ultra High-Speed Micro with 2 DPTRs, WDT, 2 Serial Ports, 32 I/O lines, 3 Timers/Counters, 13 Interrupts/3 Priority levels, 16K Bytes Flash, 256 Bytes On-chip RAM, 1K Bytes Additional XRAM. The DS89C420 has been obsoleted. For future designs select the DS89C430 (http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/3673.htm) which is a drop-in replacement that is feature compatible with the DS89C420.
