Current spikes when debuggingDuring debugging, if you see current spikes that cannot be explained by the operation of your software, or unexpected current spikes in the System Analyzer window, you should check the SWD lines of your target hardware for pull-up resistors:
The spikes are created when the debugger accesses the target via SWD every 60 milliseconds. If you are using the Energy Measurement without debug mode, you will see that the spikes are gone:
Note To get rid of the spikes during debug, you should consider to remove the pull-up resistors from the SWD lines. | ||||||||||
