Configuring the MCB1000

The MCB1000 Evaluation Boards come pre-configured using the default jumper setting described below.

MCB1114 and MCB1313 Configurations

Jumper State Description
J1/J7
(Not populated in this configuration)
J2 VDD
Provides +3.3 VDC power to the MCU. May be used for MCU power measurement.
J3 (none)
Access to ground reference and Serial Wire Output (SWO) signals.
J4
(Not populated in this configuration)
J5 ISP
Enables UART In-System Programming via COM connector.
J6 RST
Enables Reset via COM connector.

MCB11C14 Configuration

Jumper State Description
J1/J7 IPSEL
Selects the UART for In-System Programming (ISP).
J2 VDD
Provides +3.3 VDC power to the MCU. May be used for MCU power measurement.
J3 (none)
Access to ground reference and Serial Wire Output (SWO) signals.
J4

J5 ISP
Enables UART In-System Programming via COM connector.
J6 RST
Enables Reset via COM connector.

MCB11U10 Configuration

Jumper State Description
J1 UVBUS
PIO0_3 detects the presence of USB power.
J2 VDD
Provides +3.3 VDC power to the MCU. May be used for MCU power measurement.
J3 (none)
Access to ground reference and Serial Wire Output (SWO) signals.
J4 1-2
The board is detected as a USB device on power-up.
J5 ISP
Enables UART In-System Programming via COM connector.
J6 RST
Enables Reset via COM connector.
J7

MCB1343 Configuration

Jumper State Description
J1/J7 UVBUS
PIO0_3 detects the presence of USB power.
J2 VDD
Provides +3.3 VDC power to the MCU. May be used for MCU power measurement.
J3 (none)
Access to ground reference and Serial Wire Output (SWO) signals.
J4 1-2
The board is detected as a USB device on power-up.
J5 ISP
Enables UART In-System Programming via COM connector.
