SFR Symbol Has Different Values
Symbol: symbol-name
Module: filename (module-name)
Description
This message indicates that the linker has discovered two or more
SFRs declared with the same name but different addresses. The linker
checks the address assigned to SFRs to make sure they are consistent
across all modules in the program. This is a safety feature of the
linker that confirms SFR values are the same from module to
module.
Cause
This error is caused when you have an SFR declared in one source
module with one address and an SFR declared in a different source
module with the same name but a different address.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, carefully check your source and include
files to be sure the SFR is defined with the same address everywhere.
You may use the source browser to rapidly locate uses and definitions
of SFRs and other program objects.
