BIT-Addressable Segment does not fit

Description
The specified bit or data segment that was declared with the
BITADDRESSABLE attribute and does not fit into the available
bit-addressable memory. This happens when a segement is for example
larger than 16 bytes or has an address space collision with other
segments. The segment is not ignored.
