An absolute bit declaration (base^pos) contains an
invalid base specification.
Cause
This error is caused when the base is not a previously
declared bit-addressable SFR. Bit-addressable SFRs are located on
8-byte boundaries. For example, 0x80, 0x88, 0x90, ...
Resolution
Make certain base is declared and is bit-addressable.
