Since the CAN-bus is clamped dominant, pin RXDC is forced LOW. Pin RXD is forced HIGH during the factory preset restore process (td(MTPNV)). A falling edge on RXD caused by bit PO being set after power-on indicates that the factory preset process has been completed.
