Is it possible to create thread on LPC 2106. If yes are there any examples for it.

On the link I found out RTX Real-Time Kernel which helps to simulatneously perform multiple tasks. Is there any evaluation version available for this kernel or we need to purchase it?

The RTX is part of the MDK toolset. You do not have to purchase the RTX source unless you want more control of the RTX Lib functions. I don't think RTX is contained in the MDK eval versions. You can check the eval restrictions on the Keil website.
