Code for interfacing what?

Don't Cypress provide the necessary drivers & tools for interfacing their chip to the PC's USB?

As for the code that will run on the EZUSB device itself, you cannot develop that in Visual C++ - you will need to use a Cross-Compiler such as Keil C51 for that.

Full documentation for the Keil products is available on this site, together with application notes and examples, and no doubt Cypress also have plenty of supporting materials specific to their products on their site...
